Tomasz Dziubiński has passed away!

Tomasz Dziubiński - our long-lasting friend, producer and organizer of our concerts, the person who released many of our albums and the most important person of the Polish metal scene - has suddenly passed away on December 16th, after the struggle with a serious disease. It's even more impossible to understand, as just few days ago we were talking over Tomek's plans for 2011 and his involvement in new undertakings. Tomek has always wanted to be faithful to metal and his Metalmania shows brought up many generations of fans. It's hard to understand the purpose of this death; the more so as Tomek was always an open, kind and very straightforward person. His professionalism was admirable and inaccessible for most of us. Thanks to him we were learning Heavy Metal in Poland! Tomek was the person who will mark his name on the cards of Metal history!

We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to his wife Mariola, his children and relatives. We hope that the good spirit of 'DZIUBA' will stay in metal hearts forever. We are filled in sorrow, we will bear in mind you and your achivements...

Mariusz Kmiołek with family, Vader, Massive Music crew

Friends!!!!

Forgive us this unusually longer delay. All this, because our intensive playing on distant continents. Last two months we have spent on tour in USA/Canada with Immolation/Abigail Williams, in Brasil with norwegian Ragnaroak and in Mexico. We were performing a nice mix of Vader's classics and - first time in history -our second album "De Profundis" as a whole. It is 15 years since this record came out. Your response for this idea was more then great so we decided to repeat this in the future with other Vader titles too.

The silence in media in last weeks is "a silence before the storm".We're finishing slowly promotion of last album to start work upon the successor of "Necropolis". Some Music, Words also Designs are already initiated... I will inform You about the progress in proper time and give a little inside information of "secrets of the returning Morbid Reich". We start recording in Hertz Studion in March 2011. Till then we'll show yet in Switzerland (Sylvester Festival) and some places in Europe. More details soon... And one more news: the band Vader (and me personaly) was awarded a yearly prize by Warmia&Mazury Region's Mayor for promotion and support of the region in the World for over 25 years...Better late then never;) THANKS ALOT!!!!
We'll talk to You soon!!!!!

(08.10.2010)

NOCTIFERIA, IN VAIN, VALKYRJA, DIVINE CHAOS, ARCTURON, DEAD BEYOND BURIED, ESSENCE, ARKAN, DAMNED SPIRITS' DANCE, RESISTANCE- here are ten new bands that joined Massive Music. Even if their names still don't mean anything big in the music market, they are all very talented and that's the main reason why we decided to support them. "I've spent years of my life being an editor (Empire Records) and manager (Massive Management). Over these years I think I've learned quite a bit about music industry. I really know how hard is to establish a band at the beginning of its career. Especially now, when the huge crisis is facing the music market. But I've always tried to do my best and support young and talented bands as much as possible. Today as a booking agent I would love to do my best for the aforementioned ones. Some of them have already signed professional record deals, the others are still unsigned. Stylistically it's a real Babel tower, but who really cares? That's another challenge for Massive Music!" (Mariusz Kmiołek).

VALKYRJA (Metal Blade) from Sweden is definitely one of the most promising bands of the new wave of black metal, they have already proven their potential on a successful tour with MARDUK. IN VAIN (Indie Records) is a very original and mysterious progressive death black metal act from Norway. NOCTIFERIA (Listenable) is a Slovenian dynamite, a lethal dose of industrial metal, great stage performers! DIVINE CHAOS (unsigned) - death thrash metal from the UK, very talented act, a big hope. ARCTURON (unsigned) from Switzerland is a fresh breath of modern black death metal. DEAD BEYOND BURIED - yet another band from the UK, death metal punch in your face! ARKAN (Season Of Mist) - French melodic death metal at its best. ESSENCE from Denmark, very young act, highly recommended for thrash metal maniacs. RESISTANCE (GSR Music) - Belgian fusion of HC/ death metal, very experienced band, brilliant on live. DAMNED SPIRITS' DANCE is a Hungarian mixture of death and black metal. They are all hungry for blood and ready to conquer Europe. Fingers crossed! Soon you will see them on Massive Music tours. (04.10.2010)

Legendary thrash metal combo DEATH ANGEL will come to Europe at the beginning of 2011 to headline Eastern Europe's "Sonic Retribution Tour". Legendary SAMAEL from Switzerland officially joins Massive Music. "This is one of a very few bands on the music scene that can grab us by the throat while listening to any of their CD's. Mentally, we have actually always been their diehard fans. Like in the early black metal days and band's first appearances on some Polish underground festivals, and also now, when the band developed their sound into more unique electronic stuff. For over a year SAMAEL's "Solar Soul" opened up every day we spent at Massive Music's office. But for us SAMAEL isn't only an excellent metal band. This is a group of very friendly, talented and forward thinking persons, that's for sure. They create music that we can listen to through our inner senses. We just love SAMAEL and we are happy to have this opportunity. I say "we", because first of all, Ewa was probably their biggest fan in the world! " (Mariusz Kmiołek - Massive Music) SAMAEL is currently working on "Above" successor. The first single should be released in November 2010 and the next full length release is expected before the next summer holidays. "We're happy to start a new venture with Massive Music! We're looking forward to a long and fruitful collaboration with the most passionate and dedicated agency in heavy music. Now let's conquer it all!" (Vorph - Samael) (23.09.2010)

The upcoming second part of the tour will cover mostly the other regions of Europe, such as Scandinavia, United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, the Baltic States. The tour schedule will contain also gigs in Poland, Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Switzerland. At the moment we are working on some Russian dates (where NILE have actually never played before!). A special guest of the tour will be MELECHESH promoting their brand new album "Epigenesis" (Nuclear Blast). The tour will also feature some support acts. More info will follow soon. Get ready for the upcoming Egyptian-Sumerian apocalypse! (20.09.2010)

Massive Music proudly would like to present a new addition- mighty MELECHESH! This is one of the few well known and established bands that joined Massive Music recently (more info to follow soon!). "I am really happy and proud to start cooperation with Melechesh! Truly speaking it was like a dream (just because MELECHESH is on the top of our list of absolutely favorite bands from many years), we had many discussions about the future and finally... our dream came true! We really hope to present the strength of MELECHESH booking possibly best tours and festivals for them. Cooperation with Ashmedi and his band is not only a part of our business plan, its' mainly about a great satisfaction and arousal of purely artistic emotions. This is a great band playing great music, having a unique perspective on the world around us." (Mariusz Kmiołek - Massive Music). "We are glad to be working with Massive Music, they have continuously shown us dedication and focus, Massive Music knows exactly what Melechesh is all about, so it is high time we make our collaboration more official." (Ashmedi - Melechesh).

Sumerian thrashing black metal legends headed by a charismatic and extraordinary artist Ashmedi (guitar, vocals) are currently gearing up to start a promotional campaign of band's upcoming album "The Epigenesis" (out on Nuclear Blast in October). This is one of the top priority acts for this German label. In November the band will appear on a warm-up "Awakening the Giants Tour 2010" covering the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. One of the best black metal bands - Norwegian horde GORGOROTH joins Massive Music! The first result of this cooperation will be the second part of band's European tour "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" planned for late November. For the next 2011 year the band featuring Infernus (guitar), Boddel (bass), Pest (vocals), Vyl (session drums - live), Skyggen (session guitar - live) announces a massive campaign featuring GORGOROTH's appearances on various tours and summer festivals. Band's leader Infernus told Massive Music: "We're totally excited about this! To get the opportunity to extend the Quantos Possunt-tour into other European territories which we did not have time for in April. As of now, we aim at doing this as the 2nd out of three in total. This also coincides with the beginning of a new chapter for us in terms of booking-agency, as I last week made up my mind and decided to switch to Massive Music for the continental parts of Europe. Fear the return!" Massive Music confirms, that in November the band supported by 2 guest acts will play eight shows in Europe. Both their names and the full schedule will be announced next week. "We are extremely pleased that Infernus and unholy GORGOROTH decided to to cooperate with us. This is a big challenge for Massive Music, because of a very strong competition in the music bussiness, band's recent personal problems and so on. I've been a fan of the band since many years and I really hope that together with Massive Music unholy horde GORGOROTH will become even stronger. Keep my fingers crossed! Expect them at numerous concerts and festivals in Europe soon! " (Mariusz Kmiołek). Check out the following links to footage from Summer Breeze and Bloodstock festivals. (30.08.2010)

(25.08.2010)

Yeah, yeah. Time flies. In 2 weeks' time we will start off the Polish tour "Głosy z otchłani (De Profundis 1995-2010)" during which Peter & co. will play the whole material from a legendary album "De Profundis" recorded 15 years ago! The tour will be supported by AMORPHOUS (Wroclaw), the band having such names as Marek Paj±k (current VADER guitarist) or Młody (DISSENTER) in a line-up. AMORPHOUS based their set on tracks from their upcoming album "A Perfect Evil". All gigs start at 8 p.m., club entrance 7.30 p.m. Ticket price - 30 PLN. In some places, due to the holiday time, no advance sale is run. Nevertheless, all fans coming to a gig will see it. There's no way somebody couldn't buy a ticket! As of Aug.10, we start the advance sale in Ticketpro. Keep informed about the points of sale.

Below a short interview with Peter about the newest album, new band members and what's going on aboard.

- What do you mean by changes in the band's image which you mentioned on one of discussion sites?
Peter: By image I mean the way the band is promoted, together with the new album, photo session, image itself and type of stage design. Suffice to mention photo sessions to "Black to the Blind" or "Impressions..." Of course I didn't mean any changes in hairstyle or dressing up in very popular lately leather armor. VADER doesn't need taking such steps. We will make the band's "Death Metal" nature more visible, though. I don't want to get into details too early. Recording session is planned not until March/April...but it's worth visiting our website during this period. Plenty of news will appear then and we will reveal a few details about the content of the newest album.

- Is a draft title of the newest album indicating a comeback to the classic "Morbid Reich" sounds or is it just an initial idea?
Peter: It's impossible and useless to record the same album once again. I'm sure that even if we recorded a second "Morbid Reich" or previously mentioned "De Profundis", the album wouldn't get similar feedback. Times have changed, people have changed and Metal has changed itself. What can be done is to try to capture the feeling of those days just to remind the roots of the band. I don't intend to revive "Morbid reich" after 20 years ;-) Today nobody - including me - would receive this material as at the beginning of the 90s. Moreover, how could I go back in the guitar playing techniques or forget about my rich musical experience? "Return to Morbid Reich" will be my attempt to revive the Gloom of those days accompanying the creation of music and expressionist aesthetics of the 30s. The outcome? I'm curious myself. The difference would be the time devoted to the album even before entering the studio. I'll try to return to the way of working on music from before the times of "The Ultimate..." I also hope to create something together with Marek and Paweł.

- How do you assess the new band's line-up? How Marek Paj±k is doing? Is there any chance that he will stay there for some time?
Peter: This decision belongs not only to me but to Marek himself as well. We're getting on really good and after a decent number of gigs played together we both know what the work in VADER looks like. I believe that we're record more albums together. So far Paj±k has confirmed that working with a professionalist and realist is a real pleasure :)

- The idea of playing the whole album "De Profundis" is wonderful. Will you repeat it during upcoming gigs over USA too?
Peter: The idea had several sources. Over a year ago Wacek came up with idea of playing "De Profundis" at concerts. However it seemed a bit inflated idea to me. A few weeks ago, however, I had an interview during which it got mentioned that it had been 15 years since the album release. Performing "legendary" albums as a whole during gigs has already been practiced by Slayer, Judas priest or Metallica...so why not VADER? It's not only a classic in our discography but also an important album in the history of Polish Metal (I say it not out of pure vanity; it's our Fans' opinion). What's more, it will be a great diversification to the whole concert set. If it'll work out - we'll return to other albums in the future. A premiere would be the August tour "Głosy Z Otchłani" across Poland. We're going to carry it on over USA during the tour with Immolation. Not to mention the fact that the American division of Nuclear Blast particularly liked the whole idea. I wonder myself how the album will sound after so many years... and what will be the feedback of our Maniacs.

Cheers and feel invited! (11.08.2010)

"Głosy z Otchłani (De Profundis 1995- 2010)" is the name of VADER's upcoming tour through Poland. The tour is scheduled to run at the end of summer holidays. It's gonna be the last Polish tour of the band planned for 2010. Exclusively for this tour Peter & Co. will prepare a special live set. Band's mainman Peter checks in:

Playing such a special tour, consisted mostly of some places passed over during the latest Blitzkrieg campaign, I would like to give it some kind of a special rank. So, to make the upcoming tour even more unique, in connection with the 15th anniversary of VADER's classic record, we are going to play the entire "De Profundis" album as a part of our standard live set. Hopefully VADER's fans will enjoy the idea and we will be able to repeat it during some band's future tours.

In other news, some quality pictures from band's recent tour in the East can be found under that link. Peter unveils also some other plans of Panzer Division for the second part of 2010 below:

"Recently we appeared on several really successful tours, such as Unholy Titans featuring also Deicide and Marduk, and Blitzkrieg in the East! This year we have already played over 100 shows. More will come really soon! In July VADER will play on a three big festivals: RockHarz in Germany (09.07), Gateway in Sweden (10.07) and Węgorzewo Festival in Poland (11.07.) At the end of September we shall embark on another tour in the U.S. this time together with our colleagues from Immolation. VADER will appear on the tour as a co-headliner, so you should expect band's complete, at least one hour live performance. On 30.12.2010 VADER will appear on a show in Switzerland, sharing the stage with Krisiun, Vital Remains and Rotting Christ. I can also reveal some details of the next studio album. It's tentatively called "Return To The Morbid Reich" and will be recorded in March / April 2011 at Hertz Studio. World premiere through Nuclear Blast is scheduled around August / September. And now .... a well deserved holiday!! See you in August \ m / / Peter (guitar, vocals) (28.06.2010)

Dear promoters,

I had serious accident, my leg is broken and still in gypsum and it should be till late July. It was a really nighmare for me to get a decision that I have never taken in my life. I have never surrender but I feel like this time I have to cancel the following shows:

02 July 2010-Metalshow.lv-Riga-(LATVIA)
03 July 2010 Hard Rock Laager Festival-Vana Vigala (ESTONIA)
04 July 2010 Mulen Ruzas-Vilnius (LITHUANIA)
06 July 2010 Randal-Bratislava (SLOVAKIA)
07 July 2010 Planetnoir Metal Stage-Pecs-(HUNGARY)
08 July 2010 Metal Camp-Tolmin (SLOVENIA)

Believe me that I did my heart stone to take this decision but I believe that cancelling these shows we avoid to have any problem for future shows? If I had to do this tour trip and hit my leg somewhere I would might need an operation so I think it will be better to cancel the shows.

Sakis & Rotting Christ
(18.06.2010)

Dear Promoters,

We would like to inform that as of May 30th, 2010, Massive Music decided to put an end to our cooperation with Deicide. We are no longer interested in representing the band in Europe neither as a concert agency nor personally. All gigs and festivals booked by us after this date are in the band's and promoters' hands. We apologize to all promoters for the resultant problems and wish all the best to the band.

Blitzkrieg 5 Tour 2010 is going on without any major obstacles. VADER and their brothers in crime AS YOU DROWN and DIVINE CHAOS are playing great shows every night. Gigs in London, Dublin, Glasgow, Vera and Kassel were definitely the most special ones during the whole tour. Primarily due to ubiquitous Polish immigrants who come to the shows to support Polish death metal legend. We would like to thank you all for that huge, outstanding support! Jeszcze Polska nie zginęła...

We also want to apologize for the cancelled show in Nottingham. Unfortunately, the venue rented for the show by a local promoter was definitely way too small. Actually, that's not a good place for a metal gig. We preferred to cancel the show rather than kill one another. OK, what's next? During the final part of the tour VADER nad support acts are going to invade Scandinavia. Tomorrow (March 16) we will play a show in Kopenhaga. After that we'll appear on 4 shows in Sweden. Unfortunately, the currently running tour won't cover Norway, Finland and the Baltic States. See you next time! (photo: www.dejee.nl)

Show in Goeteborg scheduled for March 19 has been moved to a different location (Parken instead of previously announced Sticky Fingers). During the currently running tour VADER featuring new line-up (Peter-guitars, vocals / Paul-drums / Reyash-bass / Spider-guitars) is going to present a different live set (compared to "Funeral Nation Tour 2009 and 2010"). Right after the tour in Europe the band will appear on another tour in the US together with OVERKILL. Then, VADER will hit the road under the flag of "Unholy Titans Tour 2010". In the end of May VADER will attack the East on a tour covering Russia, Belorus, the Ukraine and Asia. More info will follow soon. (25.02.2010)
