VADER's mainman Peter commented in a brief report the first leg of the "XXV-Anniversary Tour": The first two weeks of the tour is just behind us... We have played already several concerts in France, Germany, Benelux and England. To tour in own nightliner with the best roadies in the world- veterans of Vader's invasions- can be only a pleasure. It guaranties calm, so necessary in long and so important tours... Finally we can realize in bets style all what was prepared by our management in last months. Almost all venues, where we play are good places, so the bands and - first of all - our Fans should enjoy it. There is first day off today (there will be 3 more yet on tour) , so I found a while to drop some lines and resume the first two weeks of the tour. We spent also great time on the boat on the trip to Forts Enet and Boyard on Atlantic Ocean (and cool time on grill organized by our drivers Kristoph and Zbiggy). There are our old Friends from Inactive Messiah among us but also "new faces"... if I can describe so the great bands like Devian or Septic Flesh. We know Legion since we were touring together with Marduk , and Seth... did great work with making artworks for Vader before ( like for "Impressions In Blood"). So the atmosphere in the > bus is more then great and shows are really killer! Being a headliner we prepared special set for the tour pretty much dominated by first releases. There is also - of course- something for those, who like Vader's last records. All in all everybody should be satisfied enough. So far so good and we have aprox. 320 Fans every night and all the Maniax have fun till the last song of Vader. It's good to see in first row the "old veterans" and also young blood of Metal Brothers! Now we're heading to Spain and Portugal to play 9 shows over there. Since years we didn't have such an opportunity... Then through Marsellie we'll drive to Italy. The next day off in two weeks, so expect my next report from XXV-jubilee tour 2008. Till then!!! In October Polish unstoppable killing machine VADER will kick off the next part of "The Anniversary Tour" promoting band's newest album "XXV" (out on Regain Records soon!). The next leg of this special tour will last 2 weeks and VADER will be teaming up with such bands as Swedish death metal heroes GRAVE, melodic death metallers ZONARIA and death-grindcore-sludge act from the UK GILLA BRUJA. The tour will invade the Baltic countries, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. That will be the last chance to see VADER on live in Europe this year. We would like to announce "Summer Rituals Tour 2008" - a short series of summer shows and festivals presenting Massive Music leading acts ROTTING CHRIST and KRISIUN! The tournee starts off on June 18 from a small club show in Crailsheim (Germany). The trip will cover mostly Spain and Portugal when we play shows in such places as Meliana, Almeria, Sevilla, Porto, Vigo and Santander. But the main part of the tour contains appearances on three big summer festivals- Hellfest (France), Graspop (Belgium) and With Full Force (Germany). ROTTING CHRIST and KRISIUN will also appear on some other summer festivals in Europe (more info you can find on their webpages: www.rotting-christ.com and www.krisiun.com.br). Headliling European tournee of mighty death metal warriors UNLEASHED promoting their newest full length opus entitled "Hammer Battalion" (out on SPV/ Steamhammer) kicks off in the middle of November. During the tour consisted of 24 gigs the band will be teaming up with special guest acts- KRISIUN and ONE MAN ARMY AND THE UNDEAD QUARTET. "Hammer Battalion Europe 2008" schedule includes battles in such countries as Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, France, Austria and Switzerland. There have been also comfirmed single shows in Italy, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Poland. The second part of the invasion "Hammer Battalion Europe 2009" will cover mainly Scandinavia and South Europe. Special guests of the tour are also going to promote their newest releases. KRISIUN are currently finishing the production of their upcoming record which is scheduled to be released around late July or early August 2008. ONE MAN ARMY & THE UNDEAD QUARTET is ready to unleash their third studio album entitled "Grim Tales" (Nuclear Blast). So, the upcoming tour will be a great opportunity to listen some new killing songs of the aforementioned bands. At the moment we are also looking for some opening acts. On 21st of April in Berlin war machine VADER kicked off the anniversary tour in Europe. The first week of the tour was nothing but great! All the shows we played so far were just fantastic, many metalheads came to see VADER and special guest acts of the tour- SEPTIC FLESH, DEVIAN, INACTIVE MESSIAH. "XXV-Anniversary Tour 2008" is a great opportunity to see the leading European death metal act (and one of the best groups of death metal genre in the world) in its top condition. After 25 years they are more dangerous than ever, playing killer sets every single night. Best show so far was definitely in Antwerpen where 650 maniacs unleashed pure hell! Fantastic turnout (for so extreme genre of music) in Hannover (300), Haarlem (290), Leuuwarden (300)... Nice galleries of pics from gigs in Hannover and Haarlem are available online. (28.04.2008)

Although two weeks passed since we have finished "Shadows Of The Emissarie' Curse" you deserve a short summary of the tour. Massive Music would like to thanx to IMMOLATION, MELECHESH, GOATWHORE and SICKENING HORROR for fantastic shows, professional attitude and great time. It was one of the smoothest tours we have done so far. Both drivers of our nightliner are extremely grateful for that (haha!). Here's some comments of the bands appearing on the tour:

VADER has recently finished a very successful South American tournee, sharing the stage with MARDUK. Packed venues, total war on stage, serious problems in Columbia, 16 flights in 9 days and shooting a videoclip! That was a very intense tournee. Here's a short tour report written by VADER's mainman Peter (guitars, vocals):

As always-before the flight to South America we were practicing the whole day in Warsaw. We prepared the set list and the next day morning we all were ready at 7 PM...this time with no "surprises" from Air Line Company. We had an Air France flight to Sao Paulo connected through Paris. We arrived at 6:30 AM. The same day we supposed to start the tour with a show in Campinas - about an hour drive from Sao Paulo, so we went to hotel pretty quick to have a shower, dinner and relax a bit after the trip. We found out also, why MARDUK didn't joined us in Paris-like by plan. They missed the flight from Sweden....

So we played the first concert in Brazil with local act only. Early afternoon we were ready for a soundcheck and soon after that for a show. Fabricio- a Friend already known from tours with KRISIUN- was VADERs sound guy for the whole tour in South America. The very first show -one of those smallest (there were about 450 MAniax in the venue)- went pretty smooth then and many die hard Fans promised to show up next day again.

We have played few times before in Sao Paulo, so we expected a real massacre! So it was....MARDUK joined us in the meantime but...with no equipment at all. All gear and baggage flown somewhere else-which happens too often lately... To save a day the guys decided to use our gear. We played first then Wikings entered the stage...There's not easy play on someodys equipment so big respect for Swedes for They made it indeed. After the show we went to hotel pretty fast to fly next morning to Bello Horizonte- the city of SEPULTURA.

That evening we were a headliner, so MARDUK did a sound check (on Their original gear already)and we came back to hotel to wait until the concert. We had over 850 total Freaks that night and They all show, what does Metal mean!!!

The next two shows in Curitiba and Porto Alegre finished the Brasilian part of the tournee, where we played for 2800 Fans total !!! The next step is Chile...

25.03. & 26.03.08
We arrived to Santiago a day before so there was much time to get some rest. We started work but pretty early next day about 10 AM. We planed to take some shots for the new upcoming video clip recorded in cooperation with a Chilean team here in Santiago. The idea came out two months ago and we all decided to take that chance... Carlos and His team of Metal Music Fans , also so much exotic place helped to take that decision...And we choose "Carnal" for that. 90% of the clip is computer generated picture but there're also some live shots with us... We spent few hours in awesome Necro Club with taking pictures. How is that gonna look like? Hope, we'll see the effects soon...After the meeting with Carlos team we drove for a fast dinner, then for a fast signing session and finally to the venue. Santiago Maniax remembered VADER from our last tour so the show was crazy as Hell and I had a chance to use the skeleton mike stand , that I was using on the "Carnal" video. It was one of biggest show on this tour and we played in front of 1.000 Metal Freaks!!!

Next day-next country. Equador and Quinto city... I never expected so great and wild show for so many Fans in this country!!! There was about 1.000 people again and couple of hundred outside guarded by armoured police ( like in Poland in early '80...). After a short but intense party with MARDUK we were back to hotel.

A short meeting in the lobby at the morning and we started to Colombia.....It was but not as easy for us this time. Local promoter in Colombia forgot (!!!), that Poles need visas to enter Colombia so...we were send back to Equador just after our arrival to the airport in Cali . My desperate calls to Polish Embassy in Bogota did not helped at all. Dudes from MARDUK stayed to take our baggage and we...flew back to Quinto. Fabricio came with us, so we had any chance to communicate with anybody on our way (good to know that in South America nobody speaks English even on international airport...). We were so close to be imprisoned in Equador... All that shit because of ignorance of one local man. So instead of two shows in Colombia we spent two days in Quinto being doing nothing. Crap!

For the last show in Wenezuela we flew from Equador at 4 AM (we had on this tour 16 flights total !!!...). Connected through Bogota we arrived to Carasass just before noon to continue our trip with MARDUK to the city of Puerto La Cruz. It took 5 hours by van. We were late so we had to drive directly to the show...I didn't see so crazy Metal Freaks since long time!!! They almost ripped our van apart. Another one show for 1.000 Maniax !!! Great show indeed,'tho Mauser had to play almost the whole concert being sitting... because of guitar strap failure. The crew fixed it at the end of the show with a piece of tape. Unfortunately he couldn't use back up guitar,'cause we had no time to prepare it for the show (lack of time...). However-as I said- we made it and this one was one of the coolest show ever! Venezuela RULES!!! And then we just came back home...ufff

The entire tour schedule of the upcoming "Ithyphallic Europe Tour 2008" featuring headlining megaforce NILE and special guest acts GRAVE and BELPHEGOR has been confirmed! Support for this tour will come from Serbian band AMON DIN (www.myspace.com/amondin): 1.09 - 11.09, Spanish BETWEEN THE FROST(www.myspace.com/betweenthefrost): 12.09-17.09, and finally OMNIUM GATHERUM (www.omniumgatherum.org/) from Finland: 18.09 - 5.10. There are also a few minor changes in the previously announced tour schedule. On 2.09 we play in Prague (Rock Cafe), 9.09 in Zagreb (Boogaloo), 18.09 Strasbourg (La Laiterie), 29.09 Hamburg (Markthalle). Everything is going great at Massive Music camp. European tournee of IMMOLATION was successfully kicked off a week ago. In the middle of April you should be prepared for another European invasion of mighty VADER. There are also some other plans for the rest of 2008. At the moment we are working on arranging a short summer tournee featuring ROTTING CHRIST and KRISIUN. Both band will appear on French "Hellfest Festival" (20.06). Besides, ROTTING CHRIST is going to take part in "Graspop Festival" in Belgium (29.06) and KRISIUN will play on "With Full Force Festival" in Germany (05.07). In the meantime those bands will play some additional shows in Spain, France, the Netherlands and Germany. The other bands represented by Massive Music will also appear on some prestigious European summer festivals- we'll keep you informed! After the summer season we are going to hit the Europe with a great package featuring NILE, GRAVE and BELPHEGOR. Scandinavian tour schedule of VADER, SEPTICFLESH, ZONARIA and GILLA BRUJA (17.10-02.11) is under construction. On November you should expect another great crusade, united forces of UNLEASHED, KRISIUN, ONE MAN ARMY AND THE UNDEAD QUARTER will destroy European continent (14.11-06.12). "Europa Burns Tour 2008" has been successfully finished. It was definitely a special tour, thanx to all the bands appeared on, that made this crusade just an unforgettable experience. There were no accidents and unforeseen surprises, everything went just as planned... great! We are so happy with the feedback and there's a plan to to continue that idea of mixing old good Swedish death metal with some powerful, eploding metal-core on some future tours. "The EUROPA BURNS TOUR" is history now. That´s a pity, cause it was the pure fun to play the 24 dates and the best promotion for our new CD "The Crossfire". It was a huge success for us and all the other bands as well. The venues were crowded very well, also during the week, and the fans had much fun seeing this package. A big thank you to MASSIVE MUSIC.
